Cancellation & Lateness Policy
We understand that life can get busy and that cancellation may be unavoidable. We have come up with a fair solution.

Unless by an act of God, in the unlikely event that we need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we abide by our own cancellation policy as well.
Please arrive (or be available for home/office visits) 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Therefore, clients are responsible for the full session fee, even when they arrive late.
