Dear Family and Friends,
Yoga for Children!
ages 6 and above

Come join us for a fun, creative and centering adventure. We will stretch, learn how to meditate, move and be still in wonderful postures and discover focus, joy and the energy we share with our friends, family and other people. We will learn to relate with others in positive and healthy ways and feel a great sense of richness within our own selves. Yoga teaches us to be mindful and aware and to find what connects us to all parts of our lives and other people. It teaches us to reach our full potential and that is the greatest gift of all!
Come, be yourself, learn more about all you can be, and bring your friends! Yoga means union and its power increases with sharing!
