For the new year…

Monday Meditation Circle

I am starting a Monday Meditation Circle on January 4th, 7 – 8:30 pm. We will meet every Monday. All levels are welcome and some instruction will be given. In the beginning I will be leading the circles, but encourage and invite others to come forward to take the lead. Please contact me about that.

Bring a cushion. We will set up a healing altar in the middle of the room. If you wish, you can bring a photo of someone who needs healing or simply write their name on a piece of paper. We can add these to the altar.

The Meditation Circle is informal. People can arrive late or leave early. We just ask that you respect the space and come and go quietly.

There is a suggested donation of $7.

Wellness Happy Hour
Restore. Relax. Rejuvenate.

Join us on Saturday, January 9th, 10 am – 1 pm to unwind at our FREE Wellness Happy Hour and Open House with acupuncture, massage, hot cider, cookies and beautiful classical guitar.

Wellness Happy Hour is an opportunity to experience acupuncture or have a mini-massage session in a relaxed and enjoyable group setting. Classical/Jazz guitarist and composer, Margaret Slovak, will be adding to the ambiance. Her gorgeous CDs will be for sale.

Orthopedic Acupuncturist, Paula Haberman will be doing group-setting acupuncture treatments, which utilize five needles placed in specific points in each ear that help smooth energy flow, calm the nervous system, maximize stress-release and promote the body's natural ability to relax and recharge itself.

Whether it is your first time experiencing acupuncture or you'd like support in between your full-body treatments, you will enjoy the calming and energetically boosting effects of this auricular needle treatment at the same time enhancing your overall sensation of general well-being.

If you have never tried acupuncture or have questions regarding some condition for which acupuncture might help, free consults are available during our Wellness Happy Hours.

I will be offering mini-massage sessions. Come in to get a quick tune-up, relieve some stress or increase your well being. What a way to start the weekend!

We will be holding monthly Wellness Happy Hours. All services on January 9th will be free of charge. Afterwards, mini-acupuncture or mini-massage treatments will be offered for a small fee at these events.

Private Healing and Channeling Sessions

Panamanian Shaman Elka Boren will be back at the Center from Thursday, January 14th to Tuesday, January, 19th. She will be offering private healing sessions, as well as private channeling loved ones sessions.

Since childhood, Elka has been gifted with spiritual healing abilities, clairvoyance and a sensitivity that helps her to see into the body on many levels.

Elka will conduct a More Truth Will Set You Free workshop on Sunday, January 17th, 2–5 pm. Each More Truth workshop is different, so even if you have experienced one before, please join us again!
